Bean and Garlic Dip

  • 2 cups Pinto Beans -- *1/4 cup Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
  • 1 each Clove Garlic -- Finely Chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Red Chiles -- Ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon SaltPepper -- Dash of* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned.

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
