Amontillado – Medium Dry

Amontillado is a well-aged fino, which has a nutty, toasty flavor. It is amber in color, which is a rich golden color with a woody fragrance, round and mellow taste.

Oloroso – Medium Sweet

Oloroso is a rich-colored, velvety, full bodied sherry that can range from semi-sweet. Which means it is rich, dark, but sweet in tasting.

Manzanilla - Dry

Manzanilla is from San Lucar Barrameda. This sherry is bone dry with a tangy, fresh air finish.

Fino - Dry

Fino is 100% Pedro Ximenez. This wine is unblended, unfiltered and bone dry with a slight almond scent.
